چکیده
Primary pancreatic leiomyosarcoma belongs to a rare group of malignant soft tissue tumors. we present clinical case 61-year-old patient who underwent hemipancreatectomy with splenectomy for tumor in 2018. Histological and immunohistochemical studies confirmed the diagnosis leiomyosarcoma. three years, has been observed at N.N. Blokhin National Medical Research Center Oncology ministry Health Russia without signs progression.
